Miss Shaunda said she was not sure if she could do anything till the first of the year but would try and lo and behold I was back on my regular insurance the following month. Some rookie mistakes I made took me to Southern Insurance. When I arrived, I felt comfortable with the Staff. My comfort level was increased with Ms. Shanda spoke with me. I had never considered getting professional guidance with Medicare, insurance, etc. She was very gracious is breaking things down for me. She was professional and clear in presenting options. Without incriminating me, she offered options unknown and unheard of previously. I cannot over-rate Ms. Shanda's professionalism and genuine concern for my wife and me.
